Penn, Carol, of Plantation, FL died Monday morning September 19, 2005. She was born in Wantagh, NY in April 1950. Carol was an artist and art teacher. She is the mother of Andrew; daughter of Ronnie and the late Sy Penn; sister of Marilyn (Barry Weinshank). Niece Allisyn, nephews Matt and Bret. Aunts, cousins and many very dear friends. Carol has been presented with many honors & awards for her outstanding art work. A Memorial Fund in memory of Carol is being set up for research and an annual scholarship in Carol’s name.
