On February 1, 2022, Jeanette Neuer Hauck our beloved “Nettie” died. She will be missed by all who were touched by her. She is survived by her husband, Philip Neuer, Jr.; her daughters, Amy Brune (Frank Trippany) and Meaghan Roy (Mike Roy); her four grandchildren; and many friends and former Penfield students. Nettie was born in Jamaica, NY and grew up in Wantagh. She was a great lover of the beach, gardening, spending time with family and friends, and loved nothing more than to ride her bicycle. She spent her career teaching both elementary and middle school students in Penfield, NY. Her positive and kind personality, along with her wonderful sense of humor made her an incredible parent, spouse, teacher, and friend.
