March 22, 1964 – August 31, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of William “Billy” H. Wills, age 56 of Severna Park, Maryland announces his passing on August 31, 2020. Billy was the beloved husband of Giovanna Lopez & devoted father of Brandon Wills. He will be forever missed by his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Devoted friend to many. Billy is a proud United States Army Veteran, an avid classic car restorer and collector, loved fishing and was at peace on the water.

A Memorial will be held on Friday, September 25, 2020, at 3:00 pm at the Magothy Marina in Severna Park, MD.
