Catherine Ann Bartsch, 64, of Lancaster, NH, lost her battle with cancer on October
8th, 2022. Catherine was predeceased by her parents Josephine Bartsch
(Santangelo) and Robert Bartsch. She is survived by her two sisters, Elizabeth and
Mary, her two brothers Paul and Bobby, and her two children, Joseph and Paul
Orlando.

Cathy was an excellent cook and cheesecake was her signature dish that everyone
loved. She would cook food dishes for friends and family, which they would always
look forward to; especially her meatloaf and lasagna. If Cathy wasn’t cooking, she
was either making homes spotless or laying in the sun to work on that ongoing tan
that she had.

She enjoyed being outdoors and playing with her dog(s). She cared for dogs like no
other and would take great pride in raising and training them. She loved every dog
with all of her heart and always would say “I trust dogs more than I trust people.”

Catherine was a good friend to those that could withstand her bluntness and
strong-willed personality. She was a very headstrong woman and she told it how it
was. There was no filter with her and sometimes you needed to hear it that way; we
wouldn’t have had it any other way. You could tell that she was originally from NY
and she was certainly proud of it.

As she requested, Catherine was cremated and there will be no services. She lives on
through her children, family, and friends. We appreciate all of your support.
