My family and I wanted to share the heartbreaking news of our brother Doug’s unexpected passing.
Doug was a dedicated husband and loving father to Ginny and Daniel. He had the best personality, tough on the outside and biggest mush on the inside. He would do anything for anyone especially us siblings. Doug always took on the huge role of being the rock of our family.
We can’t express enough how heartbroken and sad we are and how this amazing man will be so greatly missed.
We would also like to take a moment to say how thankful and grateful we are to everyone showing us so much love and support. We are all truly blessed!!— with Laurie Matt Johnstone.

Doug passed doing what he loved, attending an Islander/Ranger game. You were a good friend and God rest your soul.
