My older brother Robert F Carey, graduated from Wantagh High School in 1969. He went directly into the United States Marines then Vietnam. He returned home in 1972, married and had three children. His life was difficult with much pain physically and not. He died in November 2011 of what was determined as an accidental overdose after a three year long bout of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I miss him everyday and can only hope that he's finally at peace without pain.

    I just came across your website and an amazed at all the information. You’ve done one heck of job putting it all together. I will certainly keep up to date with the memorable days of long ago! Thank you for your time and effort in putting this all together.
